The female siege commander miniature has a surprisingly dynamic pose, and the war drum set with its separate stool and sticks really sells the battlefield camp vibe. Wound up using the dragon head as a centerpiece for a custom diorama, and it looks brutal.

That skull head piece fits perfectly on the ram's front, and the siege commander figure has a great commanding pose. My players were genuinely intimidated when I placed this on the table for the final assault.

The war drum set with the separate stool and sticks is such a nice touch—it makes the whole siege scene feel alive. I swapped in the dragon head for the ram and it looks absolutely menacing on the table.
